Promontory Point Condominiums, Phases I and II in New Seabury on Cape Cod, were originally designed by world renowned architect Donald Hisaka who has since passed on. When Christopher Burden, the former president of New Seabury Corporation, was leading the development, our office was selected as the sole firm responsible for altering any of the existing units. To date we have individualized two of the 16 units in Phase I and seven of the 11 units in Phase II. Alterations have included sunrooms, lower level family room expansions, screen porches, courtyard development and landscape design. The whimsical nature of the original design is strengthened by the diversity of architectural transformations.
